War Crimes in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo)
The eastern Democratic Republic of Congo has fallen prey to the atrocious undertakings of the M23 rebel army including erratic murders and massacres, rape, and coerced recruitment, especially of young boys. The Rwandan army is complicit in these heinous endeavors. Human rights organizations are demanding that all those involved be held liable for their actions to bring justice to the Congolese people and put an end to these atrocities. More
